Parents Information

For Parents / Guardians

Parents are requested to inform the office about change in their addresses and telephone numbers and to make necessary entries in the hand book if their son / daughter / ward is absent from the school or if he / she is late any day.

Parents / Guardians are requested to see that the children / wards bring this hand book to the school every day to check any assignment; home work etc. daily.

Parents / guardians are welcome to meet the Principal / Sr. Head Master during School hours but in no case Parents / Guardians will be allowed to meet the Teacher in the class room when he / she is taking a class. Prior permission from Principal / Sr. Headmaster has to be taken to meet a teacher.

Parents/ Guardians are free to consult the Principal for any kind of help in the academic or any other field relating to the progress of their children on all working days during the prescribed hours.

Parents / Guardians are requested to make it convenient to attend Parent-Teacher meetings & give their valuable suggestions for future improvement.

Admission,Transfer Certificate

The academic session of the school is from April to March.
For admission into Class-I. Circular issued during November every year and Entrance test held 1st week of December. Admissions held strictly on merit basis.
New Students are normally admitted in April every year subject to availability of seats. For class-II-X.
All necessary documents, progress report, transfer certificate from previous school, original birth certificate are to be submitted at the time of admission. The transfer certificate must be Counter-signed by the District Education Officer of the respective State Govt. or concerned board office.
Admission will be granted only after a written test.
Application for a transfer certificate should be made in prescribed form available at office. Application should be made in one month in advance in respect of withdrawal of the student. Otherwise, one month's fee will be charged in lieu of notice period. Transfer certificate will be issued only after all outstanding dues of the school are cleared.

Developing values and the right attitudes is the one challenge that every Principal has to confront against all Odds in the 21st Century. Coupled with academic excellence, children should also be guided to live together in a society with a community feeling of goodwill. Setting examples of tolerance is a prerogative and none the less a virtue that has to get inculcated in the young minds to foster place in the society. Mental stress which builds up due to various reasons has to be combatted and the best way to relieve, is through Yoga , which we are envisaging to incorporate as an integral system in our institution.

"Excel for the sake of Excellence " is the motto and excel we shall for this resplendent section of our society. Given the love and care, we' ll be blessed with a highly developed mind with wisdom , vision , sanity and the much required maturity to explore ones talent potential and touch the pinnacles of success.

The Sunrise Special Academy School with CBSE curriculum is imparting high standard education at Bamra to more than 250 students who are on its roll. The school has been started at Bamra in the year 2001 has now reached a new height of academic excellence with the active support of Parents. The school management along with the Sunrise Special Academy School Society is controlled by its Governing Body.

The school after its metamorphosis is now a full-fledged Higher Secondary School affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi, with laboratory facility in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer, Social Studies and Mathematics. Students are encouraged and prepared by a team of dedicated and qualified teachers to excel not only in academics but also in the field of Sports, Music, Dance and other branches of Physical, mental and moral education. Students are given special coaching in Performing Art, Marshal Art, National Talent Search Schemes, Environmental Education etc.
